In our 3 Day "Breathe in the Bible" Challenge we'll experience two 30 minute deep breathing sessions via Zoom.
Session One will focus on "My peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you." (John 14:27)
Session Two will focus on "I AM that I AM." (Exodus 3:14)
In each session we'll deep breathe, doodle & meditate on God's Word...all from the comfort of your own home. (In fact, the comfier the better...couches & beds work great for this!)
You'll also be empowered to spend time with the Lord asking Him to highlight your own special Scripture to you and create a meditation unique to that verse.
And don't worry, this is a simple technique where laughing & smiling are not only welcomed, they are encouraged.
After all, the joy of the Lord is our strength!

ABOUT ME
Friends, I have been passionately following Jesus for almost 2 decades now. I believe my best "credentials" are Christ in me the hope of glory & the seal of the Holy Spirit however on a more 'practical' level, I have a Diploma from Rhema Correspondence School and am a "In Christ's Image Training" Level 1 (Francis Frangipane Ministries) Graduate. I have traveled the world sharing the gospel from dumps in Nicaragua to marketplaces in Israel. I have attended The Last Reformation's 3 week Discipleship School in Denmark whose culminating project was a 3 day Luke 10 Mission Trip where we set out in a foreign land with no supplies but led by Holy Spirit to share the gospel with those we came across. I have previously been employed in ministry for 10+ years, as well my husband & I were a part of Lifestyle Christianity's prayer Team, Norway 2017.
